I am not sure if this was emailed out to everyone in the East Paulding Football Booster Club. There is a rebate form for orders placed for the 2008 East Paulding Football Season. The rebate is up to 50% of the orders. The rebate can be sent to the individual placing the order or be made as a donation to the East Paulding Football Booster Club. The rebate form can be downloaded at www.davidrmoon.com/eastpauldingboosterclub.pdf.

Only orders placed before December 31, 2008 will qualify. A single individual may combine separate orders (orders must be delivered to the same address and have the same email address). The order form must be postmarked by January 9, 2009.

As time is running out on the rebate offer, please help get the word out.
