I would love to have the recipe for the thousand island dressing like they have at route 61 and Briar patch. We dont eat at either of those places any more, but always loved that dressing!

CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing powder
buttermilk
water(optional)
mayonnaise (lite mayo is good also)
small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Follow directions on back of dressing packet but mix all of these ingredients in a food processor. Put in container and refrigerate.
