MONSTER EYES
my guests are usually hesitant to try them but once they do, they get gobbled up like crazy!!!!!!
the recipe is to your taste and judgement......
ingredients:
ground beef (or tukey)
shredded cheese
sour cream
sliced olives
taco seasoning
tortilla chips
start by VERY LIGHTLY greasing a miniature cupcake pan.
set the oven to 350 D F.
take a pound of ground beef and mix in your favorite taco seasoning.
crunch up some tortilla chips ( if you use the tostitos scoops that look like little bowls use 1 per cup) and set in the bottom of each cup on the pan.
divide your ground beef into equal size balls no bigger than an inch.
put the beef on top of the chips and press in to make a bowl shape.
fill the "beef bowl" with shredded cheese.
put a small round dollop of sour cream on top of the cheese.
then put 1 slice of olive on top of the sour cream to create the look of an eye.
bake until beef is done. no more than 15 mins.
this is sooo easy and sooooo delicious!!!!!

before, i thought it sounded wrong too, but it is soooooooooo goooooooood!!!!!!
