Huddle House in Dallas got a REALLY low score on their inspection score this month.

When we want to go out for a good breakfast, we usually do IHOP or Joan's. I have never gone into Huddle House, and sounds like I never will.

We ate there a couple of times right after we moved to Dallas because there wasn't much else to choose from, especially for breakfast, but I don't think we've eaten there in at least 15 years if not longer.

I tried IHOP once (Hiram) and found there were not the cleanest.

Now that has been 7 years ago or more.

I WANT A DENNY'S ....

Always clean and great breakfast

We recently found out that Steak and Shake is open 24 hours and serves a really good breakfast. And the Waffle House in New Hope is usually pretty clean. I'm not sure of their recent scores though.

They should have to close and totally clean up the place! Last time I was in there it was a mess (that was a few years ago). I have never went back since! I will go into Marietta or Kennesaw if I want Huddle House.

Just to be fair--they really don't tell you why they got such a low score. If there isn't a lid on the garbage can in the restroom can take them down a few points. If someone was just in the cooler alot and the temp went down and then the inspector came in and looked at the temp -- the score would go down.

But I must say the cleanliness (sp?) of restaurants down here is terrible. They are much stricker up North. You would think it would be sticker here with the bug problem.
