At the last game at Hiram High School you naughty boys tore through our HHS cheerleaders banner, and the coach let them!

Then you trashed the locker room!!! Apparently your coaches allowed this behavior or left you alone in the lockers without checking before leaving.
Well at least you were made to come clean up your mess.

Some of your classmates weren't being very nice either, and had to be escorted off the premises. Although you have no control over these fans, it sure didn't make EPHS look good as some were wearing varsity jackets and thus represented your school.

It also seemed in poor sportsmanship to have your cheerleader do stunts that ended in front of the HHS cheerleaders.
Although the one EPHS cheerleader that did stunt was good, they should have had her start farther down and end halfway. It was also noted that she had no spotters. Poor girl. mellow.gif

Shame, Shame mad.gif

Hiram won he game with only seconds on the board and it was a great game.

The banner run, the escorted fans, the flipping of the bird, the over zealous stunting cheerleader, all witnessed with my own two eyes.

GO HIRAM HORNETS!!! My kiddo is trying out for baseball this week. I hope HHS athletes are far more respectful and dignified than to do something like that. Besides I don't think our wonderful head coach, Coach Day, would stand for that sort of behavior anyway. Sorry this happened to HHS basketball players, but at least EPHS players were made to clean up.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, totally worn out and screaming, "WOO HOO what a ride"!

I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I'm out of control, and at times hard to handle, but if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best. -Marilyn Monroe

So you're not from the South, that's okay, you got here as fast as you could.

I can GUARANTEE you that you will never see this kind of behavior on Coach Day's team. Or on Coach Hood's basketball team either. Those guys run a tight ship & that will never happen.

Coach Day is awesome. You will love him!

I second that statement. We LOVE Coach Day -- even though we go to South Paulding HS.

(He was my sons Batting Instructor for 1 or 2 years.)

I wasn't going to reply but this is hilarious...maybe get the story straight before you spout off!

Hiram locker room is trash and has been for years, the EPHS boys did not mess it up, or atleast the Varsity did not...the lockers have been dented for years, ceiling tiles missing, and one grouping of lockers hanging off the wall that were barely ever bolted on...the lockers were leaning during the JV game

Also about cleaning up their mess? Sure the players all went over and cleaned up their mess right? How would they have gotten there, take buses just for that? They weren't made to go clean up their mess because they didn't make a mess.

For the banner it was in front of their door, and Hiram wouldn't come out till EP did they said, the banner shouldn't of been in front of their door anyways.

Kids got kicked out from Hiram too, nice try. You must of not been at the game when it was at EP.

Who cares about the cheerleaders! Find anymore stuff to whine about?

It was a GREAT game, that ended in a very poor call, game should of went to overtime.

as far as the kids that got asked to leave and escorted out---why not ask the hiram fans that started verbally abusing the boys wearing the letter jackets what was said???why not ask the boys that got escorted out why they should not stick up for their school pride--after all, they did have on letter jackets??
b4 you start talking bs,get your facts straight.the boys were escorted out for simply asking if the verbal abusers if they would like to have a chat later.then they proceeded to point to their jackets and say something to the effect of your school didn't do this,or this,or this,or this.......then someone from the original verbal abuse section went and told the officer that they were afraid and wanted those boys removed.so the officer asked them to leave.he escorted them out to prevent the verbal abusers(who had gotten up and ganged up outside) from taking it any further.he walked them to their vehicle and asked the hiram fans to go back inside or go home as well.

so,yep,that's hiram for ya!!!

One question, why post this in the east paulding section are you looking for an argument?

Congrats to EP boys for advancing to the second round against Lthia Springs.

criticism doesn't bother east paulding folks one bit.jealousy,stupidity,half-truths,etc. bother us all(ep,hiram,sp,np,pc).the only reason this was even brought up here was to start an argument.but there have been no takers , so we'll just have to wait for the next attempt to see what comes up next---maybe somebody will put down the soccer coaches for allowing the soccer team to score 30 goals in the first two games...........

It is one thing to post some gripe constantly on EPHS and to resent EPHS for this and that, BUT oh I read this post and just laughed and laughed and just pictured this person who typed it.........lol I can just see it sitting there and feeling all fired up by yet another post about EPHS from some parent of another school who couldn't wait to share something negative on p.com about EPHS and who probably ran straight in from the game to do so, Anyway, it is hysterical to just imagine someone chiming in with this "Mother East" comment......lol.......like they are feeling all proud of that one and are ready with another!!

Bless your heart!!

First I posted this in the wrong forum. My Bad.
Second, it wasn't a verbal abuse that got them escorted out. It was more of a "bird" thing.

THAT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THE KIDS WERE ACTING THIS WAY I WOULD HATE TO THINK THEY WERE ALLOWED TO BEHAVE THIS WAY.

Do I dare to ask how the parents were behaving?
