IT'S FRIDAY NIGHT! Are you cooking or eating out tonight?

I'm making a big pot of red beans with a ham bone and smoked sausage and some Cajun spices. Gonna serve them with rice. We love red beans and rice! sleep.gif

I ADORE Ruebens...I think that's my favorite sandwich (but I make them with spicey mustard rather than Thousand Island).

I'm tired tonight and they are SO good & easy!

Sometimes we add sourkraut but not tonight, roasted sourkraut is the best if you have time.
I've tried them with spicey mustard and your right, that's pretty good. A honey mustard (more tart than sweet) is good too.

Tonight we are trying a dark rye (no seeds) we found and not tried before, so we'll see how that goes! smile.gif

edited to add: We ONLY use "beef" pastrami, can't stand them with the "turkey" pastrami ..... Yes, there is a difference!

Breakfast : Eggs, bacon, biscuts, oven roasted taters... smile.gif

both girls are at MIL's. I was thinking about going to a place to eat that doesn't require a play ground, a toy, or juice boxes.
