Lake Hartwell Cottage on 187 acres, Good Hunting! Trade Brick work & Furniture for time at Cottage

Hello

Myself and some other investors purchased 187 acres on Lake Hartwell over a year ago. The property is on Hartwell but there is no water up there either. It takes me 2 hours to get there from Dallas. There in a 3 year brick cottage on the property that we want to rent out for as a vacation rental. There work I need done is to have the garage door bricked in(we have the brick), and sheet rocked also some painting and flooring is same room. We also need some furniture, I have some but need more. The cottage will sleep 10-12 once completed. I am willing to exchange time at the property for labor, supplies and furniture. We will allow hunting, there has been 4 deer taken from the property this week including a 7 pointer.
